Microsoft Garage has a mission to empower innovation of all types, now the 3-part framework program for Microsoft employees with innovative ideas is coming to TheLab@everett. Two architects of the program – Ed Essey, Principal Program Manager, and Mike Pell, Envisioneer and Principal Designer – will lead a workshop on June 21, from 1 – 3, covering the first of the three phases of their framework. It will focus on understanding your markets and customers – a great start to building a strong foundation for your ideas. The day starts at 11:45 with an open door presentation about the Microsoft Garage and the framework. Beginning at 12:30 a select group of participants will have lunch with Ed and Mike, before diving into a 2-hour workshop on the first part of the Microsoft Garage Framework – Understanding. Following the conclusion of the workshop participants will meet with Lara Merriam-Smith for feedback and follow-up activities.
